[Product Update] Guide to Changes in Auto Animation Policy

We are informing you that the way animations work for elements such as text and sticker images has been changed.

This policy change has resolved the issue of text elements overlapping when using extended Transition Durations for element animations.

Additionally, we have updated the system so that animations no longer automatically apply to text boxes when the line length of the text changes.

Now, unnecessary tasks such as inserting 0.1-second slides are no longer needed, allowing for a more pleasant editing experience.
