These days, even real-estate agents are jumping on YouTube to showcase listings and dish out market insights through slick video content.
Meet Mr. Tae-yong Ahn from Jamsil My Real Estate—he’s been a Videostew power-user for a full year now. Before that? Recording his own voice, wrestling with other editors, and basically living in post-production hell. Then he discovered Videostew and never looked back.
In this quick interview, he spills the beans on how Videostew turbo-charged his workflow and how he now cranks out content for both Naver Blog and YouTube at the same time. Grab your popcorn!
First taste of Videostew: a real-estate masterclass
< Chasing 2K subscribers at Jamsil My Real Estate >
Hi, I’m Tae-yong Ahn from Jamsil My Real Estate. I’m a sucker for any tool that lets me work smarter, not harder, so I’ve test-driven more video apps than I can count.
My first encounter with Videostew came during a real-estate brokerage masterclass run by the Korea Association of Realtors. The instructor, Prof. Young-jun Jo from Neobi, is famous for sharing battle-tested tactics you can deploy the very next day.
Halfway through the session, two things clicked: 1) YouTube isn’t optional anymore, and 2) Videostew lets me hit both my Naver Blog and YouTube in one smooth move. Sold!
All I have to do is write the script—how cool is that?
When I first started YouTube, I recorded and edited everything myself with OBS. One video felt like running a marathon in hiking boots—possible, but oh-so-painful.
I then switched to Bruu for the auto-captions. Better than OBS, sure, but I was still stuck recording and cutting audio for hours.
< Drop in a script and—boom—property-promo video done in one screen >
Then came Videostew. AI voice + a blank page = instant start. The moment my script is typed, the video is basically 90 % finished.
Most of the photos are my own, but when I hit a visual dead-end, the auto-suggested stock clips swoop in like superhero sidekicks.
I give marketing one hour a day—max
I run both YouTube and a Naver blog, and here’s how I squeeze both into just 60 daily minutes.
Step 1: Draft the script in Notepad or Word. Quality info is king, so this is where the bulk of the time goes—about 30 minutes.
Step 2: Hand the script to ChatGPT and say, "Turn this into a blog post, headers and all." It handles structure, tone, and length while I sip my coffee.
Step 3: Copy-paste the exact same script into Videostew to create a first-cut video. I just drop in photos I’ve pre-shot or pick suggested visuals. Ten minutes later, the video is ready to publish.
Quick side-hack: the same images you drop here can be recycled straight into your Naver blog, so tidy them up once and you can shotgun-post to both channels in half the time.
YouTube brings in the lion’s share of leads
I’ve been grinding away on Naver Blog since day one—five years and counting. YouTube joined the party three years ago, and the gap in incoming inquiries is almost comical.
Same script, different medium, yet YouTube DM’s outnumber blog comments by a landslide. Turns out moving pictures still beat moving paragraphs when it comes to sealing the deal.
That’s why I’m now slicing my listing promos into shorts as well. Shrinking a 3-minute tour into a 15-second punch line sounded scary—until I remembered Videostew has my back. Fingers crossed!
I’ve been cruising on the basics with zero hiccups, but today I got the inside scoop on the My Template and Start-from-Blog-URL features—both look stupidly easy. Keep the goodies coming, team!
Interviewer’s footnote
Met the CEO at the Jamsil office—mid-50s going on 25, juggling online tools like a digital native. We walked through his latest project, swapped power-user hacks, and took notes on every tiny pain point. Productive coffee break, to say the least.
Watching you map out real-world content and then bring it to life on screen sparked a flurry of “what-if” moments for us. 💡
You’re clearly the long-form champion, so we’ve added “turn that epic story into snack-size shorts—without breaking a sweat” to our whiteboard of must-solve puzzles.
We also noticed your “My Template” button is gathering digital dust. Before we said goodbye, we pinky-promised to whip up a custom template tailor-made for Jamsil MICE listings—just for you.
Seeing Videostew flex its muscles for real-estate promos? Pure serotonin. Thanks for letting us tag along, and here’s to many more blockbuster listings! 🎬
